$75 trip fee. (Includes trip to acquire and deliver materials.)
We require a $350 do not exceed amount.
Contractor will asses repair, purchase materials and make repairs.
Before and after repair photos will be submitted with invoice.
Any repair exceeding $350 will have a bid submitted for approval.
If approved, work will commence following the same guidelines.
Job invoice will detail material cost and labor cost separately.
Silver Plan
$500 per year
(2-3) Day response time guarantee
$50 trip fee. (Includes trip to acquire and deliver materials.)
We require a $350 do not exceed amount.
Contractor will asses repair, purchase materials and make repairs.
Before and after repair photos will be submitted with invoice.
Any repair exceeding $350 will have a bid submitted for approval.
If approved, work will commence following the same guidelines.

$1000 per year
1-2 day response guarantee (First priority ofr schdeuling except over another Platinum plan owner.)
